The Calmer Workday Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your kit arrives (not the day you order) to try the routine. If your dog isn't into it, even if the toys have already been used or chewed, email us and choose a full refund or a free replacement. Your call. No forms, no return shipping required.
How to claim
- Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to us from the Contact page, with your order number.
- Tell us whether you'd like a refund or a replacement. A photo of your dog ignoring the toy is welcome but not required.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Replacements ship at no charge.
1-year replacement warranty
If the treat dispenser breaks in normal use within one year of delivery, we send another one free. Damage from unsupervised chewing is covered under the 30-day guarantee but not under the 1-year warranty.
Digital guide
The 7-Day Enrichment Guide is a free PDF included with every kit. It is yours to keep even if you return the kit.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days past the estimated window, or the kit arrives damaged, contact us and we'll reship or refund.
