Paste the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. Kits can ship as more than one package, so you may have two numbers.
Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from your order date. Tracking usually starts moving 1–3 business days after you order and can pause for a few days while the package clears its first hub. That's normal.
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days past the estimated window, contact us and we'll reship or refund.
