Shipping
- Free tracked shipping on every order to U.S. addresses.
- Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from the order date. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
- Kits contain more than one item, and items may arrive in separate packages, sometimes a few days apart. Each package is tracked.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 1–3 business days of ordering. Track any time on the Track Order page.
- The 7-Day Enrichment Guide is delivered by email right after purchase.
Where we ship
Currently the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States yet.
Address changes
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. Once a package is in transit we can't redirect it.
Delays
Carrier delays happen. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days past the estimated window, contact us and we'll reship or refund.
